My poor sweet husband wanted to see what would happen if we smoked the bacon on the grill. Mind you, this bacon has previously been smoked by a professional smoke house but he thought it would be interesting to have BBQ bacon.
I warned him...
But he wanted to try it anyway...
Curiosity burned the bacon...and melted my spatula.
